Georgian Bay Run 2013

GBR UPDATE

Hi all. After high level discussions with a Corporate Buzz Killer and our team of high priced lawyers, much conversation has been had regarding the potential for personal and criminal liability of a group of people accepting a predetermined amount of money to "organize" an event of any variety. This means that if we were to accept some cash to provide a good or service, specifically a service with the potential for serious personal harm such as a crazy 1000km motorcycle rip, then we might get in some big shit if someone were to accidently injure the fuck out of themselves or someone else.

This is a bit of a problem!

While we would love to provide an open and closed motorcycle run for a small fee, it seems like this hangs our asses too far out in the wind to be reasonable.

So instead of offering this particular service, we would like to INVITE you and the world at large on the Georgian Bay Run, 2013. Three of us plan to run an approximate 1000km route around Gerogian Bay, leaving 11AM on Friday June 14, and finishing up sometime Monday June 17th.

We'd like some other motorcyclists to come with us. Like you!

We are a small crew of relatively young motorcyclists with an interest in camping, bikes and adventure. We do not have Live to Ride tattoos. We did not spend more on HD brand dog bowls and doo rags than our motorcycles. We like us some things like Dice Magazine, Biltwell hardware and Poler Stuff adventure gear. We want to get out in the wind with a bunch of like minded riders and see if we can hook up something cool along the lines of the Ed Diablo Run, the Revenge Run and the Gypsy Run.
